Instructional Flight Record Form Available

A logbook is great, but doesn’t necessarily have all the details you want (or are supposed to) document from a flight lesson.

Check out the online (or downloadable pdf) form a CFI can fill out at the completion of a flight lesson with a student. Use it to fill out much more detail and give it to the student or put in their training record in addition to what goes in a basic logbook.

Click here or the graphic to go to the page where this lives all the time, something you can use every time you finish a lesson. It lets you log what you did, the CFI name and information, print it or save it to PDF, and put it in their training records.

Simple.

Just type out what you did, sign it, and put it in a student’s files.
