The form here is a page a CFI can fill out at the completion of a flight lesson with a student. A logbook is great, but doesn’t necessarily have all the details you want (or are supposed to) document from a flight. Use it to fill out much more detail and give it to the student or put in their training record in addition to what goes in a basic logbook.
