Before you use this: endorsement wording and regulatory citations below are reproduced from a standard CFI logbook endorsement template (14 CFR Part 61). Regulations and paragraph numbering can change. It is your responsibility as the certificated instructor to verify the current requirements in 14 CFR Part 61 / AC 61-65 and confirm each endorsement is correct and complete before you sign it. This tool leaves the instructor signature line blank — endorsements must still be signed by hand (or with your normal electronic-signature process) after printing.
